We believe in a human-based approach in empowering employees at all levels to speak up when they see something that may harm the organisation, while providing leaders with the tools to listen to these voices and act on the risks identified. With a total of 26 years' experience in legal practice, 12 years in compliance, corporate governance and whistleblowing, as well as 12 years in human rights and gender equality advocacy, our team is well positioned to meet your workplace ethics needs. Two of our team members are part of the special committee to draft the Sexual Harassment Bill in Malaysia, together with the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development as well as the Attorney General's Chambers.
