Speak Up is a global movement which aims to break the silence on wrongdoings at work. We believe in a human-based approach in empowering employees at all levels to speak up when they see something that may harm the organisation, while providing leaders with the tools to listen to these voices and act on the risks identified. This creates a culture where ideas and concerns are expressed, supported and addressed in the best way possible.

The primary focus of Speak Up Malaysia is developing and operationalising cost-effective frameworks to improve the work experience and environment for employees at all levels, while balancing the interests of the organisation. With a total of 26 years' experience in legal practice, 12 years in compliance, corporate governance and whistleblowing, as well as 12 years in human rights and gender equality advocacy, our team is well positioned to meet your workplace ethics needs. Two of our team members are part of the special committee to draft the Sexual Harassment Bill in Malaysia, together with the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development as well as the Attorney General's Chambers.
